The Design of Rosewood Villa Magna

Ramón de Arana, the renowned Spanish architect, is remodeling the hotel’s exteriors and iconic façade set once again to be a landmark on the city’s classic boulevard.

BAR Studio, an Australian design firm that has worked on other Rosewood projects, will lead all the interior re-design.

ArtLink will oversee the hotel’s contemporary art collection.

Spanish landscape architect Gregorio Marañón will undertake the vital transformation of the property’s famous gardens.

Rosewood and these design teams will bring the brand’s philosophy, A Sense of Place®, to Madrid.

Rosewood’s Brand Philosophy

Under this Brand Philosophy, every Rosewood property reflects the history, culture, sensibilities, and spirit of each destination in all aspects of the hotel’s design and service.

Sense, A Rosewood Spa

Also, the new luxurious property will have a new Sense, A Rosewood Spa ®, which will serve as an oasis of wellbeing. In this sanctuary, guests can disconnect from their everyday life, nurtured by different treatments enhanced by Rosewood’s spa brands and expert therapists.

The facilities at the Sense Spa will include a state-of-the-art gym, various treatment rooms, and wet areas, as well as an authentic Turkish Hammam.

Rosewood Villa Magna Culinary Offer

The dining proposition at Rosewood Villa Magna will offer an array of diverse food and beverage experiences in settings such as vibrant terraces and contemporary gardens.

Rosewood Villa Magna will once again be acknowledged as a top gourmand destination for travelers and locals alike. The hotel partners with Michelin-starred chef Jesús Sánchez to launch a signature restaurant AMÓS, simultaneously with the opening.

AMÓS is a new specialty restaurant based on the essentials of Cantabric cuisine.

Once completed, 154 rooms and suites, including two of the most spacious suites in Spain’s capital, will reestablish the Rosewood Villa Magna as an exclusive, contemporary private residence in Europe.
